(Anyone got tips on how to resize android pictures so they can be uploaded to Blogger? Apparently all my phone pictures are too large for the app.)
*edited to add the picture now that I'm at an actual computer. Yep, we went laptop-free during our trip, it felt good to get rid of the extra weight!

Have you tried Image Resizer from the Android Market? It has nearly 200 reviews and it seems like you can change the picture quality and/or pixels.
