Tiara Cafe

As part of dineLA week, some UCLA gals and I decided to eat at Tiara Cafe. I had made reservations a couple weeks ago, and we were all excited to finally eat lunch somewhere other than my desk, in class, Cafe Med, or the CHS patio.

It's really pretty, spacious, and well lit inside.

We all ordered from the prix fixe menu. Don't get the lemonade, it wasn't that great.

Chick Pea Fritters with Harissa Dipping Sauce

Autumn Bubble Bread - freshly baked Flat Bread topped with Heirloom Tomatoes, Burrata Cheese, Balsamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Reduction, Basil and Arugula Sprouts

Ahi Tuna Freshwich - Grilled Spice Rubbed Ahi Tuna, Green Papaya Salad with Cucumbers, Tarako Sauce and Avocado wrapped in Rice Paper and served with a slightly spicy Japanese Dipping Sauce

Smoked Duck Media Noche Pressed Cuban Sandwich served with a Small Salad and Yucca Chips (this was a rip off, don't get this!)

The Super Famous Thai Cobb Salad - Chopped Grilled Chicken Salad made with Thai ingredients and Spicy Soy Ginger Dressing (much better deal!)

Warm Berry Cobbler served with Raspberry Sorbet and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (YUM YUM YUM!!)

An Assortment of Mini Cupcakes (too dry!)

Molten Chocolate Cake served with Creme Fraiche Ice Cream (omg...mouthgasm)
