I was having a bad week so I decided to bake. I used this recipe. I really wanted to make the soft muffins but I had no yogurt/applesauce.

they didn't rise a whole lot
I just thought they looked pretty against the black plate.
So I call 'em muffcakes b/c they aren't really muffins or cupcakes. They actually taste like scones. Go figure.
